How much does tax preparation cost?
We use transparent flat-rate pricing — no hourly surprises. Standard W-2 returns are $250, investor + itemized returns are $375, self-employed returns are $499, and business returns (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp) start at $799. Every package includes one state return.
Who will actually prepare my return?
Alec Kellzi, a CPA licensed in the State of California since 2019. Alec built his career at two Big 4 firms (EY and PwC), worked at CohnReznick, and spent three years as a Tax Expert at TurboTax, where he helped 4,000+ taxpayers. Your return is never handed off to a junior preparer.
Do you only work with clients near Glendale, CA?
No — we're based in Glendale, California and work with clients in all 50 states. Everything can be handled remotely: a free consultation call, secure document upload, and e-filing.
How do I send you my tax documents?
Through Intuit ProConnect, a secure encrypted client portal. Please don't email sensitive documents — after your consultation you'll receive a portal invitation to upload everything safely.
How fast will my return be filed?
Most individual returns are prepared within days of receiving complete documents — even at the peak of tax season. You'll review everything with Alec before anything is filed.
Can you help if I'm behind on my taxes or received an IRS notice?
Yes. We handle back-year filings, amended returns, and IRS or state notices. The sooner you reach out, the more options you'll have — the consultation is free either way.
Should my business be an LLC or an S-Corp?
It depends on your income, payroll, and goals — the S-Corp election can save self-employment tax but adds compliance costs. Entity guidance is included with our business packages, and we can run the numbers for your situation.
